Prime Healthcare is a self-pay clinic. We do not accept any kind of insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Your insurance can be used for your labs, if you choose to do so. We do have a Quest lab on site that can file your insurance. As long as you DO NOT have Medicare or Medicaid, we can give you an itemized bill. You can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
